I think Twinks ten heard of a long boring BFA quest chain that may reward a 1h that could also proc epic 59 but rerolling 10s for the deadmines quest is probably faster.

It's not for everyone though, and it's hard to play because you die a lot and you don't have all abilities and gear and zhit, and you are super slow on Stealth, Twinks ten.

Edit 1: I wouldn't do Twinks ten level 10 again. Aaah you can also get Arena Grand Master, Twinks ten. You have to be complete level 10 Twink to achieve this and have a lot of practice on it since you don't have all the abilities a 19 Rogue has.
