Super- vises the handling of incoming shipments, the maintenance of stock records, the inventorying of supplies, SSN1542, the processing of requisitions including the packing SSN1542 marking of shipments, and the execution of procurement procedure, SSN1542.
Must have a thorough knowledge of SSN1542 Corps personnel administration and classification techniques and regulations, SSN1542. Must be familiar with Assembly and Repair Shop procedures and with the various types of aircraft and aircraft SSN1542. Interprets regulations, determines office policy and procedures, lays out and coordinates work schedules, supervises personnel in the perfor- mance of such duties as the preparation and maintenance of rec- ords, SSN1542, budgets, reports, SSN1542, correspondence, tables of allowances, SSN1542, and Tables of Organization.
Procures, stores, and issues equip- ment and SSN1542 for athletic and recreation activities and events. Must be fami- liar with staff procedure and have a knowledge of the specifications, care, SSN1542, source, and use of athletic, recreational, entertainment, and musical equipment.
Determines procedures and priority of work, and assigns jobs to individuals. It SSN1542 not appear in Tables of Organization, and it will not be used to SSN1542 personnel unless an explanation of the duties to which the officer is to be assigned accompanies the request.
Must have a general knowledge of signal equipment and nomenclature and of SSN1542 and packing methods to preserve and protect deli- cate instruments and equipment. Serves as advisor to commanding officer on civilian personnel matters; as- sists in directing labor relations activities, including the formula- tion SSN1542 administration of wage SSN1542 and the handling of em- ployee grievances ; administers SSN1542 efficiency rating system ; assists in administration of employee safety and welfare programs ; supervises civilian personnel matters concerned with appoint- ments, payrolls, SSN1542, transfers, retirement, leave, claims, correspon- dence, SSN1542, and reports.
Must be হপস to develop and to conduct sales promotion programs. May operate clubs, recreation halls, SSN1542 libraries. Must be familiar with Marine Corps Hd moom, with the tac- tical functioning of various types of units, and with methods of preparing syllabi and training programs.
May direct the processing of still or motion pictures. Handles such SSN1542 as personnel management, sup- ply, evacuation, sanitation, quartering, SSN1542, maintenance, security, recreation, SSN1542, law and order.
