We've also done leadership trainings, and we used the ten principles of disability justice. This project is about educating the community to change beliefs and attitudes about disabilities.
Refugees with disabilities are often socially isolated in their home. Disability Saara somali gives me the opportunity to learn social justice language, Saara somali, build confidence and give me hope to make change.
