The white disc in each key position on the PCB is solder mask under which are the electrical contacts.
This is not present for the other stabilizers. ANSI version also has the same PCB layout minus different traces for the different layout keys as seen in second photo.
Take your time to slowly remove the PCB, you should not have to pull very hard. They are very loose in the integrated plate once you disassemble the board, but are very solid once assembled. It's better if you manage Real force clip keep it all in the exact position because it's annoying to put back Kubota Nu often the rubber is not sticky enough to stay there.
All of them are heavily lubed from the factory with a similar lube to g0 which is a nice surprise and makes them sound really nice without modding. Having a few of the rubber domes or even one of the big units Real force clip multiple domes come off is not terrible.
