It's obvious to me that it's a fake page as the wording is not quite right and the page simply doesn't exist but I'm sure many new sellers who aren't as familiar with things have fallen for it just hoping they got their first sale.

This is getting ridiculous. Yep, I do only have one account - the spam was received from 5 different accounts. The API rate is not the issue. Search forums. You'd think Etsy would have something in place to block those messages. You are using an out of date browser. For most cases this flow will work just fine, considering Airtable API rate limit is 5 requests Tatoo fuck second per base.

The initial user setup for Moodle is 'admin' - everyone in the globe knows that. It is ridiculous. For a better experience, please enable JavaScript in your browser before proceeding. The likely issue is that your emails do not have a suppression unsubscribe mechanism. That was the 'path' of the message that arrived at your inbox. Seems this scam is now targeting any seller, not just new sellers.

PS--tried the "support" Microsoft link and it didn't give any useful advice. So the flow is triggered for each submitted form. They even have created a couple of fake etsy help pages that they send screenshots of to try to make their bs request sound real. But all we can do is keep bumping threads and hope people check the forum and see it.
Do not engage, mark as spam! Sounded to me like they are getting messages from 5 different accounts, not that they have 5 accounts they are getting messages in. I may be one of them.
