I remember watching Do Dil for the first time on DD somewhere in 80s. I found it strictly average with few interesting scenes here and there.
But than that can happen once or twice in a Do dil films filmography of a director. Later on NC Sippy and Hrishikesh Mukherjee became producing partners and under the banner of Rupam Chitra, produced some very memorable films in the 70s and 80s — including the likes of Anand, Do dil, Guddi, Mere Apne, Sadma etc.
