The ending of the story was done well, and these characters certainly deserved their happy ever after!. This is a standalone book that comes a few years past the Philadelphia mafia stories. Rian will do whatever he must to protect and keel Daley safe.
The words settle over me as he nudges me Brutal kissing away from the boys, effectively rescuing me. The Clan is at war with a new gang in town, the Turks. Daley is the daughter of Chief Fergal Halloran. Her life is in danger, Brutal kissing, her family tries to use her to resolve the fight with the Turks, a surprise twist and tons of steam keep the second half of this book moving. Fast-paced read, with great characters, Brutal kissing, lots of Brutal kissing and emotion.

I don't want to give away spoilers and ruin the mystery for potential readers so I will leave it at that. Hamel has done it yet again with another dark, twisted mafia tale.
She hates the Clan and all it represents and wants nothing to do with that life, Brutal kissing. Fortunately this book and many more of Ms. Hamel's are on KU and can be read for free. Her dad will give her a list of potential candidates? Will they be able to unravel Brutal kissing mystery?
I liked it. In fact, Rian was blamed for the death.

The past becomes the present and the struggles Daley and Rian face only brings them together to find a way out of this life of guns, Brutal kissing, drugs and living only for the Family.
She has held him responsible for her best friend's death and can't stand to be around him, Brutal kissing, though that is no longer an option. I love the juxtaposition of danger and steam in B. I did receive an advance copy for my honest review. With a war brewing they go after Daley, Rian Brutal kissing her bodyguard to protect her and to have a chance to explain what really happened 8 years ago and wanting help to discover the truth.
The chemistry is red hot and the read entertaining. Now that Daley is in her early twenties she is expected to move back into the family compound and then marry someone who can benefit the clan. Rian has joined the clan to try to figure out what happened the night of the car accident and he best hope of getting information to to get Daley to help him.
Ten years ago he was close to Daley, Brutal kissing, he wanted Daley but a terrible tragedy and death destroyed that. What ensues is the building but contemptuous relationship between Rian and Daley, Brutal kissing, and the fall-out as Daley becomes fodder Brutal kissing sins of the past.

Well written book with good characters and interesting storyline. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend. Wendy Livingstone. There was not enough interactions between the protagonists IMO and I was bored.
An incredible tale. Rian becomes Daley's bodyguard he hopes to tell her the truth that it wasn't him, will she believe him, will she be even more confused. I catch a glimpse of tattoos on the sides of his neck as he strides forward, his eyes only Brutal kissing me. Now her bodyguard, Rian, Brutal kissing, is the man who killed Megan.

The smut is definitely worth the read but I was frustrated with the conflict and reasoning behind the couple's 8 yr separation, Brutal kissing. The more the story progresses, the wilder and more intense it gets. There is still chemistry and he will do anything to win back Brutal kissing love and trust. What will happen when the spark between them is reignited?

This was a bit of a slow burn, Brutal kissing, the first half of the book was more about Daley and Rian fighting and then working out their issues. Rian Kane was accused of killing Daley's BF Megan he didn't do it he's being framed, Brutal kissing, he not only lost her but the respect of everyone because of it. He is framed for the murder Brutal kissing her best friend.
And they join forces to find out what really happened. My eyes skate upwards, Mnccxxx slim-cut black jeans to a charcoal denim button-down and a black leather jacket that looks like it would feel like butter under my fingertips, all the way up to a chiseled face, dark blue eyes, and swooping messy black hair that looks like it would feel soft when I ran my hands through it.

I voluntarily wrote this review from reading an advanced copy of this book. Fuck— my heart is in my throat, and I feel my eyes burning with threatening tears. One of the reasons she was allowed this leeway was 8 years prior her best friend, Megan, was killed. When her HS sweetheart Rian Kane takes the blame for a drunken wreak that takes the life of Brutal kissing best friend, Brutal kissing, Daley tells Rian she never wants to see him again.
And they are the most vicious of enemies. I look up at him as we move towards the bar, his broad hand on the small of my back with a heat that feels like it burns through the silky fabric of my dress. I received a free advanced copy of this story from Booksprout.
