Anyways, welcome to the forums! When a byte as you read the file in sequence 1 byte at قذ٠داهلس time from start to finish has a value of less than decimal then it IS an ASCII character, قذ٠داهلس.

My problem is that several of قذ٠داهلس characters are combined and they replace normal characters I need. Search titles only. The file comes to me as a comma delimited file.
